Individual Therapy Intake Session $150, Psychotherapy $130
Individual therapy is a dedicated space for you to slow down, think clearly, and work through what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed by relationship patterns, life transitions, stress, past experiences, or the quiet pressure to “have it all together.” In our work, you do not have to perform strength or minimize what you’re carrying.
We focus on understanding how your past experiences, family dynamics, culture, and previous relationships may still be shaping your present choices. Together, we identify patterns that keep repeating, emotional triggers that feel hard to control, and beliefs about yourself that may no longer be accurate. This isn’t about blaming your past; it’s about understanding it so you can move differently.
Our sessions are collaborative. You can expect thoughtful questions, practical tools, and real conversations that lead to insight and action. The goal is not just to “feel better” in the moment, but to build emotional clarity, stronger boundaries, healthier relationships, and a steadier sense of self in your everyday life.

Relationship therapy is a focused space to slow conversations down and finally get to the root of what keeps going wrong. Many couples and partners come in feeling stuck in the same arguments, disconnected emotionally or physically, or unsure how to rebuild trust after a rupture. You may love each other deeply but struggle with communication, resentment, jealousy, intimacy, or competing needs. This is where we sort through that clearly and calmly.
We work on understanding the patterns between you: how conflict starts, how it escalates, and how it can be repaired differently. You’ll learn how to communicate directly without defensiveness, set and revisit agreements with honesty, and rebuild emotional safety in ways that feel realistic. For ethically non-monogamous partnerships, we also address transparency, boundaries, insecurity, and navigating multiple dynamics without shame or pathologizing your relationship structure. Premarital counseling sessions are also welcomed.
Sessions are collaborative and structured. You can expect practical tools, guided conversations, and accountability. The goal is not perfection it’s clarity, mutual respect, and a relationship dynamic that feels intentional, secure, and sustainable for everyone involved.

Men’s Therapy (Same as Individual )
Men’s therapy is a space where you do not have to filter, posture, or prove yourself. Many of the men I work with are high-achieving, responsible, and dependable yet privately carrying stress, anger, relationship strain, sexual concerns, leadership pressure, or a deep sense of isolation. You may be the one everyone leans on but rarely have a place to unpack your own weight.
Our work focuses on helping you understand how expectations from family, culture, relationships, and society have shaped how you handle emotions, power, vulnerability, and control. We strengthen emotional awareness without weakening your edge. We work on communication, intimacy, boundaries, and self-regulation in a way that feels grounded and practical not abstract or performative.
One more thing, this is not about dismantling masculinity. It is about refining it. The goal is to help you lead your life and relationships with clarity, emotional steadiness, and confidence without carrying everything alone.
