WELCOME TO
Intimate Harmony Rose
Serving Nevada Residents at This Time
Intimate Harmony Rose is a relationship wellness space devoted to deepening connection, communication, and emotional safety, for individuals, couples and ENM partners navigating love and life in real, complex worlds. Here, we honor intimacy as a practice, not a performance, and support you in building relationships rooted in trust, pleasure, accountability, and care. Whether you’re strengthening a long-term bond or redefining what partnership looks like for you, this is a place to slow down, be seen, and grow together.
Transformative Therapy Services, Tailor-Made for You
At Intimate Harmony Rose, therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Our work is grounded in a deeply client-centered approach that honors your lived experiences, identities, and relational dynamics. I believe you are the expert of your own story; my role is to walk alongside you with intention, cultural humility, and care offering structure, insight, and challenge when needed, and softness and attunement when that’s what the moment calls for. Together, we co-create a therapeutic experience that feels supportive, honest, and aligned with who you are and what you need from your relationships.
Let's nurture your wellness together

Therapy Approach
My work is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and centered on real growth. Together, we look at how your life experiences, patterns, culture, and past hurts have shaped the way you move through relationships today. We gently untangle what no longer serves you, make space for the different sides of you without shame, and strengthen your ability to respond rather than react. The goal is simple: deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting change that fits your real life.
Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at Intimate Harmony Rose offers a supportive space to explore identity, emotional patterns, boundaries, and personal narratives without pressure to perform or “fix” yourself. Sessions are grounded in a culturally responsive and welcome conversations around desire, kink, BDSM, power dynamics, and pleasure with care. Together, we work toward increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and alignment between your values and your lived experiences.
Therapy for couples and consensually non-monogamous (CNM) partners is designed to support connection, repair, and intentional relationship-building across a wide range of relational structures. Whether you are monogamous, open, polyamorous, or navigating multiple partnerships, sessions focus on communication, emotional safety, trust, intimacy, and agreement-making. This work is sex-positive and affirming, with kink- and BDSM-aligned training that honors consent, power dynamics, negotiation, and aftercare as essential components of relational health. Together, we address conflict patterns, attachment needs, jealousy, and evolving desires helping partners create relationships that are sustainable, honest, and aligned with your values.
Couples & CNM Partners Therapy

Therapy for Men
Men’s Therapy is a client-centered, culturally responsive space where you don’t have to perform strength or have all the answers. This work invites honest exploration of masculinity, vulnerability, emotional expression, intimacy, and the pressures placed on men by family, culture, and society. Whether you’re navigating relationships, identity, stress, anger, or emotional shutdown, therapy offers room to slow down and reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways. Here, vulnerability is treated as a skill not a weakness and growth happens at your pace, with respect, care, and real-world grounding.
What To Expect
From the moment we start, you'll be guided through a compassionate and supportive journey tailored to your individual needs
1
Initial Consultation (30 Minutes)
Your journey begins with a 30-minute initial consultation designed to assess fit, clarify your goals, and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. This is a collaborative, low-pressure conversation where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your relational context, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together.
2
Treatment
Treatment is tailored to your needs and evolves as you do. Sessions are collaborative, intentional, and grounded in a client-centered, culturally responsive framework. Whether you are engaging in individual, couples, or CNM-focused therapy, we move at a pace that feels supportive while still offering gentle challenge, insight, and structure to promote meaningful growth and relational change.
3
Between-Session Practices (Homework)
Growth doesn’t stop when the session ends. Between-session practices may include reflection prompts, communication exercises, journaling, or relational check-ins designed to help you integrate what we explore in therapy into your daily life. These practices are practical, flexible, and always aligned with your capacity meant to support progress, not create pressure.

This is me
I’m a therapist who believes healing happens when you feel seen, respected, and not rushed to become someone else. My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility, with a deep respect for the complexity of your lived experience. I show up as a real person in the room, attuned, honest, and thoughtful, bringing together evidence-informed practices, relational wisdom, and an understanding of how culture, power, and systems shape our inner and relational worlds. I care deeply about emotional safety, consent, and authenticity, and I hold space for conversations that are often avoided about intimacy, desire, boundaries, identity, and repair. If you’re looking for a therapist who will honor your story, challenge you with compassion, and walk alongside you as you grow, you’re in the right place.
Our Roadmap: The Rose
We explore family-of-origin dynamics, attachment styles, cultural and generational narratives, and early relational experiences to understand how your relationship patterns were formed.
Roots: Attachment & Origin
This phase focuses on building emotional regulation, strengthening communication skills, increasing nervous system awareness, and creating supportive relational structure.
Stem: Structure & Regulation
Together, we examine trauma responses, defense mechanisms, boundaries, and adaptive survival strategies with curiosity and respect, without shame or pressure to dismantle what once kept you safe.
Thorns: Protection & Trauma
The work deepens into emotional safety, secure attachment behaviors, relational repair, and both emotional and erotic intimacy, supporting connection that feels nourishing and sustainable.
Bloom: Repair & Intimacy
Integration & Continuity
We revisit and integrate each phase as needed, recognizing that growth is cyclical, not linear, and that lasting change comes from honoring every part of the process.
